Our Refunds, Returns & Exchange Policy

We fully stand behind our products and are absolutely confident that they will meet and exceed your highest expectations. However, if you are unhappy with your unit, simply contact us within 30 days of the purchase date and we'll get the return process started for you. Please note that we do not provide return labels unless the product received was dead-on-arrival (DOA).

Already received your order?

If you are returning an order that has already been shipped out, we will issue a refund for the amount paid to the original payment method that was used at time of purchase, minus the shipping fee, restocking fee & any custom duties and taxes.

Cancelling an order hasn't been shipped out?

If your order has not been shipped out, we will issue a refund for the amount paid to the original payment method that was used at time of purchase, minus a 3% processing fee.

Please note the following:

  • Shipping fees are not refundable
  • A 3% restocking/processing fee to cover our transaction costs
  • Any custom duties & taxes will be deducted from the refund amount
